From day one Steve exceeded our expectations in so many ways that it is hard to know where to start; his knowledge of our geographical areas of interest was exceptional to him notifying us of new listings as soon as they were becoming available. Steve's work ethic and level of service can only be rated as superior. When we found the home we eventually purchased Steve worked his TX magic to get our offer accepted amongst several that had been submitted. We have been in the home a little over six months and couldn't be happier but his above and beyond attitude hasn't ended there as he has assisted us on more than one occasion with everything from what grows good in TX (we are CA transplants) to local companies/services that are honest/reasonably priced. We don't for see another move in our future but if we do decide to buy and sell again Steve Rodgers will be the only agent we call.
